2010 Hash Campout Weekend Agenda

The weekend will be filled with everything you need, BEER*, Hot meals prepared by the “Road Kill Grille on Wheels”, BEER, Haberdashery, Shots, Shiggy filled trails, HOT SHOWERS, Skits, Hash Olympics, BEER, BEER pong, Turbo cup and anything else our underdeveloped Half Minds can come up with.

Lodging Info:

Your registration includes a cabin.  The cabins have basic wooden framed bunk beds with camp grade mattresses.  You must provide your own sleeping bags or bed linens.  Most cabins have 6 bunk beds in them and will therefore sleep 6 comfortably or more if you so desire or we need the space.  You may bring a tent and use that if you wish.  Your registration price will be the same whether you use one of the cabins or your own tent.  There are NO hotels anywhere near this place.

Thursday:

Arrive in Dayton, Joint the DECOC Pub Crawl, Drink Beer, Eat, Run

There will be a D.E.C.O.C. style pub crawl Thursday night starting at 7:00 pm, the start location will be The xxxxxxxx, , Dayton, OH 45402.  We will be providing Crash Space for Thursday night for those who need it, contact Ted “Rusty Prick” Robinson, Ttlogann@aol.com, (937) 276-6213 (home), (937) 572-0808 (cell)

Friday:

12:00 - 3:00 PM: - Arrive at Camp Site at:

3:00 PM: Campground and Registration Opens along with the tapping of the kegs get there any earlier and we put your ass to work.

6:30PM: - Trail hared by Hunts Head & Jump n Hump - Flashlights are highly recommended

8:00PM: (or so): Dinner provided by the Road Kill Grill on Wheels

9:00PM - till ????? - Party till ya puke.

Saturday:

7:30AM till 10:00AM: Breakfast provided by the Road Kill Grill on Wheels

8:30 till 11:00AM: Haberdashery & Recovery

11:00 AM or so: Kick ass Dayton Trails - Long Trail Boards Bus

11:30 AM or so: Medium Trail Boards Bus
12:30 PM or so: Short/Walker Trail circles up in camp

6:00 PM or so: Tinky's Gay Games Provided by Steamer

7:00PM: Dinner provided by the Road Kill Grill on Wheels

8:30PM till ????: Dance to the music of Rusty Pricks Music Collection, More games, beer, skits, music, dancing, beer, ????

11:30 PM - Assemble for Shooting Star Midnight Hash

Sunday:

7:30 AM till 9:30AM: - Breakfast provided by the Road Kill Grill on Wheels

11:00 AM: - Sunday Fatboy Trail hared by Catwoman
12 Noon or so:

Ear’s Post-Lube Tube

What better activity than a leisurely tube float to soothe your weekend wounds? A cooler of hash beer will be provided, of course.

When: Sunday, September 19 at 12:30 (must arrive at the livery ON TIME)

Where: Aaron’s Canoe and Kayak Center in Springfield, OH (www.aaronscanoe.com).  

Price: $11.50 - $10.00 per tube depending upon how many people confirm.

Length: Size doesn’t matter, but the float itself is 3 miles and will take approx. 2 hours.

I will have maps from the campsite to the livery available at the weekend. Will also provide a list of nearby lunch-type places for those who wish to fill their bellies prior to the float.

Dogs:

Absolutely, Positively NO Dogs Allowed!!! We are on privately owned grounds that don’t allow dogs. We love our dogs also but we are leaving them at home, so should you. If you show up with your dog(s) you will be asked to leave. Thank You
